How does credit pricing actually work?

One credit buys one month on one connection. A customer who wants twelve months on a single device costs you twelve credits; three months across three devices costs nine. Because credits never expire, you can buy a larger pack at the lower rate and draw it down over months rather than committing to a monthly spend.

What margin can I expect?

Healthy. At the 240-credit rate a twelve-month single-connection line costs you about $19 in credits. Our own retail price for that plan is $55, so even matching us leaves roughly $36 a line — around 65%. Shorter plans are better still: a three-month line costs you $5 against a $25 retail price. Most resellers price at or slightly above our retail and compete on service rather than racing to the bottom. Your prices are yours to set, and we never contact your customers.

Do my customers know they are buying from KROOZ TV?

No. Lines you generate carry your branding in whatever player your customer uses, and all support flows through you. We stay invisible unless you ask us to step in.

What happens when a line has problems?

You get a dedicated reseller support channel that sits ahead of the general queue. Most issues are resolved from your panel — you can restart a line, switch a server or extend a subscription yourself, without waiting on us. For anything deeper, our network team monitors the infrastructure 24/7.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No contract and no monthly fee. The 120-credit pack is the entry point, and because credits never expire you can draw it down over as long as it takes — there is no penalty for a slow month. Most resellers clear a 120-pack within a few months and move to the 240 for the better rate.

Which markets sell best?

Resellers do best where they already have a community — a diaspora group wanting channels from home, a football following that cannot get a particular league locally, or simply friends and family tired of a cable bill. You do not need an audience of thousands. Most of our resellers started by moving twenty or thirty lines among people they knew, then grew on word of mouth, because a line that works is the whole marketing budget. Our channel list is the fastest way to check whether the channels your market cares about are carried before you commit.

How fast can lines be created?

Instantly. Once credits are on your account, generating a line takes a few seconds and the customer can log in immediately — there is no approval step and no waiting on our team, including at 3am on a Sunday. That matters more than it sounds: the moment someone decides to buy is the moment you want to deliver, and a delay of even an hour is where most sales are lost.

What do I need to get started?

Nothing technical. You do not host anything, configure anything or maintain servers. If you can use a web dashboard and answer a WhatsApp message, you can run a reseller business on our network. Point new customers at our device setup guides and most of them will be watching without ever needing you.
