    From the home screen open Settings and enable installs from unknown sources.

    • Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options
    • Turn ON 'Apps from Unknown Sources'
    • If Developer Options is hidden, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click the device name 7 times

    Install the Downloader app

    Search the Amazon app store for 'Downloader' and install it.

    • Open the magnifier, type Downloader

    Get your player app

    Open Downloader and enter the code we send you (or the player's official URL) to install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.

Troubleshooting

App keeps buffering
Restart the Firestick, then set the player's video decoder to Hardware (HW) and reduce EPG cache. A 25 Mbps+ connection is recommended for 4K.
'Unknown source' blocked
Repeat step 1 — Developer Options must show 'Apps from Unknown Sources' turned ON.

Samsung / LG Smart TV (SSIPTV)

    Open the app — it shows a MAC address and a device key on screen. Note both.

App shows a 7-day trial expired

Portal shows blank

Bouquet won't load
Confirm the box and PC share the same network, then reload bouquets. We can send a ready-made bouquet file on request.

    Restart Kodi

    Close and reopen Kodi. Open the TV section — your channels, groups and EPG are ready.

Troubleshooting

No channels after adding the list
Fully restart Kodi (not just back out). If the PVR client shows '0 channels', re-check the M3U URL for typos and that Location is set to Remote path.
EPG guide is empty
Add the XMLTV EPG URL in the client's EPG Settings, then restart Kodi. First load can take a minute.

Troubleshooting

Device not showing online
Link the exact device name shown in the app to your OTTPlayer account, then reopen the app. Both must use the same account.
Playlist didn't sync
Re-save the M3U in your OTTPlayer account and reload the app; large lists can take a minute to sync.

Playlist won't load
Double-check the Server URL, Username and Password (or the M3U link) exactly as emailed, then re-add the playlist.
EPG not showing

VLC Media Player

    Browse the channel list

    Open View → Playlist (Ctrl+L on Windows, ⌘+Alt+P on Mac) to see every channel and switch between them.

    Full screen

    Press F for full-screen. VLC is great for testing, though a dedicated player like IPTV Smarters gives you the EPG guide.

Troubleshooting

Only one channel plays
VLC opens the first stream by default — open the Playlist panel (Ctrl+L) to see and switch between all channels.
M3U won't open
Confirm you pasted the full M3U URL into Open Network Stream (not a local file path), then Play again.
